Wedding Cake Green Venetian Glass Necklace

Wedding Cake Green Venetian Glass necklace featuring shimmering gold aventurine with pink enamel roses on green glass. 'Avventurina' is a Murano glass-making technique developed on Murano island in the 17th century. The aventurine is expertly applied to the large beads and each bead is also dotted with tiny blue, pink and yellow dot lampwork. The necklace, which is 87cm long with a gold tone slide clasp has eleven larger round wedding cake beads of equal size. These focal beads are strung alternately with 10 aventurine tubular beads, round green glass beads and smaller bronze toned beads. Each aventurine glass bead has a filigree gold bead cap on both sides and the necklace weighs 61.4g.
