Delizza and Elster

William DeLizza and Harold Elster founded Juliana Jewellery in 1947 in New York, and they began producing costume jewellery with colorful rhinestones in the 1960s. The company also produced buckles, buttons, and clear rhinestone jewellery. Juliana Originals was created in 1967, and the paper hang-tag marked "Juliana Original" appeared. The company also produced jewellery under the names "Tara" and "Gloria" for other companies.
