Rare! Attwood and Sawyer 22ct Gold Plated Swarovski Crystal Necklace (Unsigned) featuring a 41cm long necklace set with sparkling navette and round clear Swarovski crystals. The crystals are arranged in droppers each comprising three navettes, the longest is at very front with four round clear crystals (2.8cm high). The droppers then alternate some with two round clear crystals (2cm high) and some with three round clear crystals (2.4cm high), until they finish with two of the 2cm high droppers before the chain begins. The necklace has the distinctive decorative Attwood and Sawyer hinged clasp and it weighs 61.2g. It has the most amazing 22ct gold plated soldering and it is a confirmed piece by Attwood and Sawyer. A truly beautiful necklace, which was smaller run design. Perfect for a wedding or that very special occasion where sparkle is a must.
Attwood and Sawyer was founded in 1956 in Porthcawl, Wales by Mr Horace Attwood and Mr Sawyer. Many of the designs, now highly collectible, were inspired by historical references, including their most recognisable collection inspired by the jewellery collection of the Duchess of Windsor. Popular in the UK and Europe, they went on to produce the jewellery for the television series Dynasty.
