Jonette Jewelry Company, or more commonly known as JJ, was established by Abraham Lisker in Providence, Rhode Island in 1935 and operated until 2006. Originally it was known as The Providence Jewelry Company, which was changed to Lisker & Lisker, and after WWII the company later returned as Jonette Jewelry.
JJ is well known for it's novelty jewellery, such as its animal designs and its Christmas themed jewellery. During the 1980's JJ produced two specialty lines a) Artifacts, a line of novelty pins, and b) Santa Fe, a line of American western jewellery.
