Signed 'ITALY Idemaria' from the 1980's these earrings are classic in style and make a real statement - absolutely perfect with that little black dress! They measure 2.8cm long and 2cm wide and together they weigh 16g. Absolutely stunning design with huge sparkle, up there with the best! There is slight age-related wear to the backs, but nothing to detract from these super dazzling crystal earrings.
Some online listings link 'l demaria' jewellery to a designer called "Sonia Demaria," but I’ve found no reliable evidence to confirm this. I love the boldness of 1980s statement jewellery, which "l demaria" executes brilliantly, making this elusive maker’s identity frustrating given the stunning designs and craftsmanship of these pieces.
