Open Heart 925 Silver Necklace with Real Diamond Detail Necklace featuring a 925 silver chain with a spring ring clasp at 44cm long with a 5cm extender so it can be worn at two lengths. The chain runs through the open heart, which is asymmetrical and slightly undulating. The heart has an open back diamond detail on the bottom right of the heart and the chain and pendant weigh 3.5g.
