Taxco Rancho Alegre Hand Made 925 Sterling Grape Brooch featuring a wonderful design of a bunch of grapes with overlaying vine leaves. This brooch was made in the famed jewellery studios of Rancho Alegre in Taxco, Mexico an area renowned for its long history of silver mining and jewellery. The studios were established in 1956 eventually closing in 1985 and they were known as a premium venue for top designers and artisans in Taxco. This lovely brooch has a rollover clasp and measures 4.9cm tall and 4.9cm at its widest point and it weighs 20.7g. It is signed on the reverse 'TAXCO 925 RANCHO ALEGRE HAND MADE STERLING'
