Unsigned Pierre Bex French Enamel and Crystal Brooch

Unsigned Pierre Bex French Enamel and Crystal Brooch featuring an Art Deco Inspired black and cream enamel brooch with clear crystals. It has a secure trombone clasp, which is unsigned and it measures 1.4cm high and 5cm wide and it weighs 6.2g. It is made of enamel over silver plated copper with crystals and a clear resin coating.

Pierre Bex, a French jewellery manufacturer, began producing jewellery in 1969, until it closed in the late 1980s. Using original stampings and period moulds and tools for an authentic look, the company jewellers created antique style jewellery as well as producing smaller ornamental items for the home. Only about half the brand's production was marked, but collectors can learn to identify the style based on the jewellery's construction and components.
