VERY RARE 1980's Butler and Wilson Lady Walking Dog Brooch in Original Box featuring an art deco Lady Walking her Dog the entire design claw set with red, black and clear Swarovski crystals. The Lady has an articulating scarf and a fine chain is the dog lead. A highly sought after piece it is signed Butler and Wilson in a round cartouche on the reverse and it measures 10cm high and 8cm at its widest point and weighs 33.8g.
London based Butler and Wilson are most famous for their 1930s style "dancing couple" brooch and the late Princess Diana was a huge fan, her daughter-in-law Kate Middleton has also been seen wearing B&W, quite likely in homage to her husband's late mother.
